Charming hotel with beautiful Andalusian decor.
Finding the hotel was frustrating due to narrow passageways that felt more like an obstacle course. The parking situation was a nightmare. I needed a rear camera and extra help from the reception just to squeeze in. Plus, the room itself was freezing, and the tiny bathroom made things uncomfortable.

Location was fantastic; we were able to walk easily to all the major sites in the city.
Reception staff were indifferent; they didn't seem to feel that they had any responsibility for the comfort of their guests. Even speaking to them in Spanish didn't seem to make a difference.

Staff were really helpful, all spoke good English, and were very friendly.
Lack of facilities for tea and coffee - not necessarily in the room but would have been good in the patio area which was very pretty.

Basically this is like a hostel, very unsafe neighborhood, many pickpockets are around to wait for tourist looking and find opportunities, not all rooms have safety box, if room has safety box is very small room, plus the key you have to store at front desk, which I have doubt on safety so one would rather carry on their own but under an unsafe condition, parking facilitiy is dark, narrow undergroud, poor condition, street parking is available but watch out the next day your car might be gone. Don't stay with this hotel, travel around world. Safety is the main think one should consider aboard, this hotel has problem on this aspect.

This is not a major city like barcelona or madrid, although is an important city back in the century don't expect same level of hotel ratings better to pay a bit more for 4 stars. Bed is full of dust, old layers of cotton type of pillow, and squeeky noice type of bed uneven once you slept on, I was coughing the entire night because of my asthma and allergies, don't bother to open the window danger, many people past thru next by the hall ways. Next door has a hostel, so you kinda know the type of travellers around, not an ideal place. Heard 4 people got pick pocket and lost carmeras, and staff doesn't pay attention and leave travellers passport on front desk where public eyes can spot there is a passport.

Loved the perfect location near the Old City! The room was small but clean. Only downside was the noise from the AC and other guests, but overall a great value 😊

Nice hotel, fairly convenient location to the old quarter, although it is quite a long walk from the train station. Very nice inner courtyards and very pleasant atmosphere. Air Conditioner worked well and room was quiet.
staff could be a bit more helpful/friendly

We all loved the hotel, very clean and excellent value for money. Well decorated and large rooms with fantastic facilties - our own kitchen, including fridge and cooker. The rooms were very cool and the staff very friendly. We would very much recommend and would stay here again if we return to Cordoba which was wonderful!

Room was very comfortable and had good sound proofing. The lovely courtyard gave a real Andalucian feel as did the quirky breakfast room (serving very adequate breakfast too!). We especially liked the location as it was easy to reach everything in just a couple of minutes.

The internal open-air patio was perfect for our picnic lunches, and the decor celebrates the history of the place. The staff were always pleasant and offered great recommendations. The location made it easy to explore all the historic sites.

We travelled to the hotel during the Patio Festival, and the hotel was ideally placed to enjoy the festival, and also the cultural highlights. The hotel was clean, basic accommodation and very suitable for our needs.
